About the Team The Revenue Cycle team safeguards the financial integrity of Lakewood Health System by analyzing and improving processes that support accurate and timely reimbursement. This department partners closely with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to ensure data-driven decision-making, compliance, and workflow efficiency across the full continuum of care. Mission for Position To strengthen Lakewood Health System's financial performance by transforming complex revenue cycle data into actionable insights that optimize reimbursement, reduce denials, and enhance process efficiency. Position Summary The Revenue Cycle Analyst supports Lakewood Health System's financial health by analyzing and improving revenue cycle performance through data-driven insights. This position monitors key financial metrics, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and collaborates with teams across finance, billing, coding, and operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reimbursement outcomes. The analyst translates complex data into actionable recommendations that strengthen revenue integrity and support informed decision-making aligned with Lakewood's mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Type This is a full-time exempt position working 80 hours per pay period (1.0FTE). Qualifications
