Shape the Future of Federal Digital Experiences with TechFlow! TechFlow is seeking a creative and user-focused UX/UI Lead to help transform how government agencies interact with critical IT portfolio management systems. In this role, you'll translate complex user requirements into intuitive designs-developing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that bring the client's product vision to life. As a champion for usability and accessibility, you'll lead user research, ideation, and testing to ensure every interaction is seamless, engaging, and aligned with modern design best practices. The UX/UI Lead translates user requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for the applications the CPIC PMO manages. This role champions the client's product vision through user research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing to deliver engaging, accessible digital experiences. *This is a remote position but will require support on site at client location Washington DC on occasion.
