Part-time On-Call Senior Program Manager

The Defensive Cyber Operations Directorate is seeking a Part-time On-Call Senior Program Manager to assist with program execution of current programs and new opportunities. Lead and assist with captures and proposals for CONUS and OCONUS work. In this role, you will:

Provide day-to-day support to programs, as required, ensuring quality standards, program and personnel tracking, and technical and analytic guidance to program team.
• Provide project, capture and proposal updates to the directorate, business unit and sector as required.
• Using a holistic approach, design, develop, evaluate, and modify solutions, systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle.
• Ensure solutions comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods.
• Establish and coordinate best business standards, practices, and procedures as they relate to program solutioning.
• Design interfaces and bring system elements together, so they work as a whole.
• Assess performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
• Provide customer liaison and support for business development activities.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with 15 years of experience
• Minimum 15 years of experience as supervisor/project manager
• Experience with government and corporate communications media to include all MS Office products, MS Project or similar tools.
• Experience with responding to RFIs, proposal writing and cost estimating writing
• Active Top Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required
