Peraton is seeking an highly strategic Workforce Manager to lead workforce planning, resource alignment, and staffing operations for critical programs supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role will develop and manage strategic workforce initiatives, ensuring that the right people, skills, and capabilities are available to meet the FAA's modernization and mission demands. You will work closely with leadership, HR, and program teams to forecast staffing needs, optimize workforce deployment, and ensure operational readiness across diverse technical and administrative functions. In this position, you will:

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
