Under HCS, the IT Operations Analyst position supports Miller-Keystone Blood Center and HCSC Linen Services by delivering exceptional technical support to end users across the organization, both remotely and on-site. This role involves deploying and maintaining hardware and software, resolving support issues within established SLAs, and ensuring systems meet security and compliance standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling to branch locations as needed. The anticipated salary for this position starts at $51,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. In addition, full-time employees also are offered the following benefits:

What you will be doing:



  • Provide end-user support via helpdesk, remote, and on-site assistance within defined SLAs.
  • Image, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, and peripherals for users.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
  • Travel to branch locations for on-site setup and technical support.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on complex issues and project implementations.
  • Support server installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
  • Perform compliance tasks including patching, standards enforcement, and audit support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, assets, and support activities.
  • Provide technical support for cross-departmental initiatives as needed.


What you will bring to the role:



  • 3-5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a GxP, healthcare, or related environment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra/365 administration.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and familiarity with AI/helpdesk chatbots a plus.


Additional information:

IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are a plus.

Ability to lift and carry between 50-75lbs

This on-site position reports to the Senior Systems Administrator and will be based out of Bethlehem, PA location. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

The normal hours for this position are 8:30am-5pm with willingness to travel to branch locations in PA, NJ, and MD.

Participate in after-hours or on-call rotation as required.

This position requires a valid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation.
