Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assess customer needs and provide accurate information, troubleshooting, or solutions.
  • Manage orders, returns, and shipment tracking while maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Follow company procedures and policies to ensure consistent, high-quality service.




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience (one year), sales, or client support experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to update customer profiles.
  • Computer skills, minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with excellent time management and attention to detail.
