Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm, 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Communicate with the Site Lead to coordinate service needs and supervise on-site subcontractors.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including HVAC filter changes, pressure washing, equipment repairs, and general facility upkeep.
  • Conduct minor janitorial cleaning in restrooms, kitchen, and security areas.
  • Operate landscaping equipment to mow, trim, and maintain outdoor areas, including weed control and decorative turf care.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and furniture setup/moves.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all tasks meet safety and quality standards.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of facility or building maintenance experience.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and OSHA 10 certification.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
  • Proficient with basic computer use, email, and maintenance reporting tools.
  • Able to work outdoors and operate landscaping equipment safely.
