Hours and Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Assignment Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity

About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering exceptional customer service while managing multiple moving parts. You'll handle customer communications, vendor coordination, and order follow-ups - all while supporting online store operations and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience.

What You'll Do



  • Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to customer emails.
  • Track, monitor, and report order status updates while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
  • Provide substitute options and product recommendations when needed.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to resolve order or supply issues.
  • Manage webstore customer service, including password resets and basic website assistance.
  • Use multiple computer systems and software applications to update and manage order information.
  • Assist the web team with additional tasks as needed to enhance the customer experience.



What You Bring



  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
  • Proven critical thinking and research skills to solve customer issues effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and active listening.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred (1-2 years ideal).
  • Comfortable working with computers, email platforms, and online order systems.
