We're seeking a Senior Digital Visual Designer to join our creative team in partnership with a global leader in pharmaceutical innovation. In this role, you'll turn complex scientific content into visually powerful digital experiences that inform, inspire, and connect. Your designs will help bridge the gap between groundbreaking science and the people it serves.

What You'll Do



  • Design visually compelling experiences across digital platforms-websites, apps, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, defining creative direction and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to create cohesive, high-impact designs.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
  • Transform complex information into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with healthcare professionals.


What You Bring



  • 7+ years of experience in digital design with a strong, modern portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion design skills are a plus.
  • Experience working with or building design systems.
  • Strong aesthetic and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex ideas accessible.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but curiosity and adaptability matter most.
