The Opportunity

Step into a transformative role and bring an innovative pre-seed SaaS concept to life. In this role, you'll shape and execute the strategy, scale the venture, and deliver measurable value to participants.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership:

  • Set the Vision: Define the strategy, vision, and OKRs for the SaaS marketplace, positioning it for market leadership.
  • Define Key Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to drive product-market fit, scalability, and operational excellence.

Marketplace Development:

  • Shape the Ecosystem: Build and optimize a multi-sided marketplace, ensuring a seamless balance between supply and demand.
  • Ignite Network Effects: Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement to unlock exponential marketplace value.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Test and Learn: Identify target customer segments, validate pain points, and refine the venture's unique value proposition.
  • Scale Fast: Develop customer acquisition strategies that foster growth while optimizing CAC and LTV.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monetize Innovatively: Design and implement scalable pricing and revenue models that maximize profitability.
  • Lead Growth Experiments: Launch and iterate on experiments to validate hypotheses and accelerate traction.

Team Leadership:

  • Build an A-Team: Recruit and lead a lean, high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with your technical leader and product teams to prioritize impactful features.

Who You Are

Marketplace Visionary:

  • You've built or scaled successful multi-sided marketplaces and understand how to drive network effects and ecosystem value.
  • Experience in SMB-focused industries is a major plus.

SaaS Expertise:

  • Deep experience leading B2B SaaS ventures, with proven success in achieving product-market fit and scaling operations.
  • Expertise in customer acquisition, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.

Entrepreneurial Leader:

  • You thrive in 0-1 startup environments, can navigate ambiguity, and excel at taking concepts from idea to execution.
  • A data-driven decision-maker who leverages metrics to guide strategy and iteration.

Team Builder & Collaborator:

  • You know how to recruit, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders and drive buy-in.
