Reimagine What's Possible

The Site Manager will oversee all operations at the Galt, CA production facility and three generated gases plants. Key responsibilities include Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), operational excellence, people development, cost management, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Hiring Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• At least 5 years of industrial experience, including supervision

• At least 10 years of experience in process plant operation/maintenance (preferably ASU plant operations and generated gases operations/distribution)

• Demonstrated commitment to EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety)

In California, the anticipated pay range is $141,200 - $186,400 plus bonus. It's important to note that individual compensation packages are determined based on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to experience, and qualifications.
