Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to ensure optimal performance and quality output
* Prepare inks to achieve the proper color and consistency for each job
* Verify paper type, size, color, and quantity before starting production
* Check plates for correct format and alignment
* Inspect printed materials throughout the run to maintain consistent quality
* Coordinate with the Production Team to organize and prioritize jobs, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines
* Maintain awareness of safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized

Your Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm

You Must Have:
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to set adjustable mechanisms to precise tolerances
* Strong math skills and attention to detail
* Good reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions
* Solid mechanical ability and problem-solving skills

Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with others
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
* Frequently moves throughout the facility and operates machinery handling printed materials
* Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds

We Would Also Prefer:
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to work within very close tolerances
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Good analytical ability
* Strong color discernment
