Job Description General Summary: The Associate Director, Congress and Ad Board Lead, US Kidney is responsible for driving congress planning and advisory boards for povetacicept and inaxaplin to support our launches in IgA nephropathy (IgAN) and APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD). This person will lead the planning and booth presence at local, regional, and national conferences and medical society meetings. Additionally, this person will be responsible for engaging with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) to plan and execute ad boards and strategic council meetings, ensuring the collection and pull through of insights to inform marketing strategy. We are seeking a candidate that has a strong track record of leading congress activities and advisory boards and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. Pay Range: $160,000 - $240,000Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
