SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative will provide first-rate customer service to New England Revolution Season Members. The Customer Service Representative will also be the initial point of phone contact for customers calling in on the 1-877-GET-REVS phone line and the primary customer service point of contact on game days for patrons that need assistance.
