The Senior Financial Aid Specialist - Student Employment supports the Financial Aid function at Herzing University through management of the Title IV Federal Work Study (FWS) budget and effective administration of the program. This role requires the ability to collaborate with staff and faculty at all campuses to identify needs for student workers and to place students into open roles. The Senior Specialist role also requires the ability to generate new and innovative ideas, ultimately seeking the best method to utilize student workers on campus, create new partnerships with local non-profit organizations, and to fully exhaust the University's Federal Work Study budget each Federal Award year. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The hourly pay range for this position is $27.80 to $37.61.
