Our client is looking for an experienced data administrator to join their Data Management team!
This is a full-time role for appx. 12 months, with a hybrid schedule that will require you to be in office Wednesdays and Thursdays. This role is ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of the film and TV industry ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Streamline and unify talent, credit, and production data across multiple systems- ensuring a single, accurate source of truth. - Audit, clean, and enhance legacy datasets to align with current quality standards and evolving business needs. - Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies across internal platforms with precision and curiosity. - Collaborate cross-functionally with production, talent, and technology teams to maintain consistent and reliable information flow. - Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, contributing to more efficient processes and stronger data integrity across the organization. - Stay up to date on entertainment industry structures, talent databases, and production ecosystems to ensure accuracy and relevance. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience working with entertainment data, production operations, or talent information systems. - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing large volumes of data. - Fluent in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and familiar with tools like IMDb, Variety Insight, and Studio System. - NICE TO HAVE: Experience with Airtable, cloud-based data tools, or physical/post-production operations. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $30-$35 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
