The salary range for this role, based in Kentucky, is $87,520.00 to $109,400.00. The range will vary if outside of this location.Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position. Position Summary: This role supports the North American Distillers Limited (NADL) business strategy by translating it into high-impact HR initiatives, with a strong focus on partnering with operational site leaders to build high-performing leadership teams, foster a productive and engaged workforce, and enhance organizational agility in response to demand. The position collaborates closely with Site Directors at various whiskey distilleries-including Jefferson, Smooth Ambler, TX Whiskey, and Rabbit Hole-as well as other NADL business leaders, to implement core HR strategies. Key areas of focus include talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and cultural development. When needed, the role provides business leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations aimed at strengthening organizational capability, performance, employee retention, and the overall employee experience. This role also drives continuous transformation by shaping processes and fostering a culture that enhances operational efficiency and increases the organization's capacity for change. Serving as an employee advocate, the position ensures that employee concerns are effectively represented to senior leadership, while also working to strengthen employee engagement and their contribution to business results.
