Position Title: Inbound Coordinator
Wage: $20.50-$22/hour Shift: 1st Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm The Inbound Coordinator will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring every product that goes through the doors is received, organized, and ready for success. This position combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative precision, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You'll work closely with team members and leadership to maintain accurate inventory, streamline processes, and uphold safety and efficiency standards that keep the warehouse moving forward. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Kansas City, Kansas. Inbound Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Process incoming orders and assist with ordering and restocking supplies - Receive, stock, and organize products across all inventory categories - Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts or audits - Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards - Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory or shipping issues Inbound Coordinator Requirements: - Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more as needed - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the duration of the shift - Comfortable working in varying temperature environments (warehouse, cooler, or loading areas) - Must have full range of motion and dexterity to handle materials and operate equipment safely - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organization and attention to detail - Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (training provided if needed) - Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet use - 2+ years of administrative or warehouse experience, with a focus on receiving or inventory management - Knowledge of warehouse operations, flow, and terminology QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
