SUBJECT: JOB OPENING - BAKERY OPERATION

We have the following job available in the Distribution Department:

JOB TITLE: P.M. Bakery Shipping/Basket Stacker

# OF OPENINGS: ONE (1)

BASE RATE/HOUR: $26.60-$29.46

HOURS: Normally start - 2:00 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. or 3:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M. (May be scheduled to work other shifts as assigned and hours may vary with shipping schedule)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Stage basket orders, load trailers, operate basket stackers when necessary and perform other Distribution functions as assigned by supervisor. The Distribution Helper must support all plant safety, quality, SAP, and continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant will be required to take and successfully pass a forklift operator's test.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER TO PERFORM BASIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS OTHER OPERATOR-DRIVEN RELIABILITY (ODR) DUTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLEANING, INSPECTING, AND LUBRICATING AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
