ICON is seeking a trailblazing Senior Business Development Director to pioneer our go-to-market strategy in Florida. This is not a typical construction sales role. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the intersection of real estate development, robotics, and technology, and who is driven to introduce our proprietary 3D-printing construction methods to a key growth market. As the Senior Business Development Director for Florida, you will be the primary engine for growth, responsible for building a robust pipeline of residential and commercial projects, with an initial focus on Southeast Florida. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying visionary partners to closing multi-million dollar deals that will reshape the built environment. This role is based on-site in our Miami, FL field office and reports to the Vice President, Real Estate and Business Development. RESPONSIBILITIES
