Coke Florida is looking for a Route Process Administrator out of our Hollywood location, working Monday - Friday from 11:00AM-7:00PM with occasional Saturday work.
What You Will Do:
The Route Process Administrator ensures the accuracy and completeness of route settlement and customer payments through direct interactions with drivers. This role verifies delivery paperwork, process check payments and escalate discrepancies to Region leadership. This role investigates and resolves driver cash and product variances, contributing to the integrity of financial reporting and operational efficiency. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and dependability. This role reports directly to the Manager, Operational Finance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive route paperwork and customer check payments from the driver during the face-to-face driver interaction to settle the driver's route or from the previous day
- Verify documentation for completeness, proof of delivery and payment accuracy
- Escalate discrepancies or missing paperwork to the Manager and Region leadership for timely resolution
- Maintain and regularly update the missing documents listing for visibility
- Ensure all documentation is maintained and scanned into Hyland
- Record payments collected into the deposit module of SAP and create bank deposit
- Reconcile daily route activity including products delivered, returns and payments
- Validate cash-on-delivery customer accounts by matching invoices to payments
- Research and resolve driver cash and product variances on the over-short report
For this role, you will need:
- High School GED or Diploma required
- 2+ years' experience as a cashier preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail
- Robust analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and dependability

- Ability to stand for periods of time
