Stagehand - Hancher Auditorium

The Hancher Production department is seekingpart-time stagehandsto provide labor for a variety of artists that are presented throughout the year.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Stagehands work to set up for performances; provide support during rehearsals, sound checks, and performances; and help to strike all equipment and restore the space afterwards. Stagehands learn how to work with various types of theatrical lighting, video, and sound equipment. The Production team will train and test all students on procedures at the beginning of employment. Additional tasks may include providing security backstage, monitoring stage door access, and selling merchandise.

STARTING WAGE: $18.15/hr
