Job Summary

As part of Belden's multi-year global SAP S/4HANA transformation, theBridge Business Project Managerserves as the connective link between business execution and technology delivery. This role leads thebusiness-side planning, coordination, and executionof SAP S/4HANA initiatives within an assigned functional or cross-functional area (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Manufacturing).

Acting as the "bridge" between technical implementation and business value realization, this Project Manager ensures process alignment, data readiness, and user adoption-enabling Belden to achieve a unified, digital operating model that supports customer excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership



  • Lead all business-side activities related to the assigned SAP S/4HANA workstream, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in alignment with program objectives.
  • Coordinate resources, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure completion of all business deliverables on schedule and within scope.


Scope & Schedule Management



  • Translate high-level transformation objectives into detailed business project plans and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks, ensuring alignment with Belden's overall SAP program roadmap and PMO governance.


Stakeholder Alignment



  • Serve as the primary liaison between business process owners, IT solution teams, and change management partners.
  • Facilitate alignment on decisions, interdependencies, and critical milestones across business and technical streams.


Risk & Issue Management



  • Identify and document risks, dependencies, and constraints affecting the business workstream.
  • Escalate unresolved items through Belden's governance channels and support timely decision-making to maintain project momentum.


Data & Process Readiness



  • Lead the business's involvement in data cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
  • Ensure the new global process design is fully understood, adopted, and aligned with Belden's operating model and controls.


Testing & Cutover Readiness



  • Oversee business participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness assessments.
  • Validate that the business is prepared for transition to SAP S/4HANA, including roles, processes, and data ownership.



Qualifications

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.


Experience:



  • 7+ years of business project management experience, preferably in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional workstreams in SAP or equivalent system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, process design, and change enablement principles.


Skills:



  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort operating within a matrixed, global organization.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $90,000-$130,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
