Job Summary

Central to Belden's digital transformation is the implementation of SAP S/4HANA to enable integrated, data-driven, and customer-focused operations. The SAP S/4HANA Fulfillment (GTS) IT Specialistplays a key role in this journey by designing, configuring, and supporting global order-to-cash, logistics execution, and trade compliance processes. This role ensures that Belden's fulfillment and export operations are reliable, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic priorities of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Solution Design & Configuration



  • Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA Fulfillment processes, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash, Logistics Execution, Transportation Management, and Global Trade System (GTS).
  • Align solutions with Belden's global fulfillment strategy and customer service standards.
  • Lead configuration changes within approved design and governance standards.


Business Engagement & Requirements Translation



  • Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to gather business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, efficient SAP solutions that improve order accuracy, cycle time, and visibility.
  • Provide thought leadership on fulfillment best practices and digital enablement opportunities.


System Support & Process Optimization



  • Deliver Tier 2/3 support for fulfillment and export processes across regions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established SLAs (>95% resolution compliance).
  • Drive continuous improvement in order processing, shipping execution, and delivery tracking.


Integration & Data Integrity



  • Ensure seamless integration between Fulfillment, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across customer master, material master, and shipping conditions.
  • Support initiatives to improve master data quality and governance.


Testing, Deployment & Change Enablement



  • Lead functional testing for new solutions, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Support cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare during go-live activities.
  • Facilitate user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.


Governance, Risk & Compliance



  • Ensure compliance with SOX, trade, and export control regulations.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and approvals for audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with IT Governance and Security to ensure secure, compliant operations.



Qualifications

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.


Experience:



  • 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SD, LE, TM, or GTS modules in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash, logistics execution, and global trade processes.
  • Experience with system integration, data governance, and change management preferred.

  • Proficiency in SAP SD, LE, and GTS configuration.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong business partnership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across global time zones and multicultural environments.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $110,000-$160,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
