Assemblers - 1st shift

This is a wonderful opportunity for any individual looking to gain manufacturing experience and would like to grow with us! We encourage continuous development of our associates with cross training throughout the assembly floor.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Assembly of lights using blueprints and work orders
• Perform daily and weekly 5s procedures
• Set up and operation of various machines including: Potting Machines, Sonic Welder, Multi-voltage testers, Rivet Machine, Shrink tubing, Micrometers, Air presses, Pneumatic drivers and crimpers

Qualified Candidates will possess:

• Strong communication skills
• The ability to multi-task
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• The ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to lift up to 34LBS unassisted
• Ability to stand up to 9 hours
• Ability to work overtime during the week
• Ability to work overtime on weekends unless exempt for Religious purpose (infrequently)

Shift Times Available:

• 1^st shift: 6:45 am - 2:45 pm, Monday - Friday
