Network Assurance - Wireless Field Operations II

• Supporting basic field operations, Purchasing, and network management projects.
• Interacting with 1ERP PO creation program, working with fiscal responsibilities.
• Interacting with Field Operations personnel, assisting with troubleshooting field/cell site issues.
• Interacting with upper management on specific projects to be named later.
• Requires field visits in the Northern California/Northern Nevada footprint for special project completion (reimbursed for miles).

• Good financial acumen
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (PC)
• Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Vendor management experience
• Escalating issues to the appropriate internal/external engineer teams for resolution.
• Performing triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.

• Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
