About the role

We are looking for a dynamic associate eager to support one of our largestand fastestgrowing accounts that is working with a pharmaceutical client to help address a public health concern that impacts millions of people around the world. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day account needs, working closely with a cross-functional team of experts from across the broader IPG network. The ideal candidate possesses a strong interest in healthcare, is curious and excited to experiment and explore new ideas/new channels, is proactive, resourceful, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and enjoys writing.

Responsibilities may include:



  • Equal parts coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Engaging with clients and their partners through emails and calls
  • Developingworkback plans and executinga material from ideation through client review processes
  • Assistingwith project coordination and timeline management
  • Developingcreative and digital media briefs
  • Conductingresearch and audits for clients and new business
  • Supportingmetrics and results reporting to measure success
  • Supportingclient review process management (e.g., Veeva submissions, referencing, uploads)


The requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in PR/communications in the digital industry, ideally in an agency environment
  • Strong interest in the healthcare space
  • Strong communications skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • A team-player attitude and ability to think creatively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

NYC Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
