Role and Responsibilities
Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve system issues quickly and effectively
Communicate with customers to explain service needs, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction
Calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
Replace faulty components and systems following best practices
Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation
Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC/R experience
Degree, diploma, or certification in HVAC/R
Universal EPA Certification
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Current, valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles
Skilled in diagnostic tools and equipment
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Skills
PLT Licensed or registered unlicensed PLT
Experience with HVAC software or mobile apps
Strong customer service skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Comfortable working in varied environments including commercial sites and outdoors
Able to work in tight spaces, on ladders, and at heights
