Do you thrive on ensuring products not only work-but work flawlessly? We're looking for a Software Quality Engineer who's passionate about building high-quality software, driving continuous improvement, and shaping how quality is embedded across the development lifecycle.

In this role, you'll move beyond simply finding bugs-you'll partner closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure testability, clarify requirements, and uncover risks early. You'll balance hands-on exploratory testing with automation to deliver reliable, production-ready features that delight users.


What You'll Do

Enable Quality Across the Team - Advocate for testability, share knowledge through documentation and visuals, and contribute to cross-functional planning.
Own Test Strategy & Risk Assessment - Design, plan, and execute tests (manual + automated) that cover core workflows, edge cases, and risk areas.
Advance Automation & Efficiency - Strengthen automated test suites, improve coverage, and reduce repetitive manual work.
Champion Release Readiness - Run targeted release tests, highlight feature-level risks, and help improve release processes.
Monitor Product Health - Track quality indicators, triage bugs, and provide insights that guide ongoing product improvements.


What You Bring

2+ years of progressive experience in commercial software development or quality engineering
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or equivalent practical experience)
Hands-on experience with Playwrightor similar test automation frameworks
Familiarity with accessibility testingstandards (e.g., WCAG) and tools
Experience with API testingusing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar
Comfort with Kusto Query Language (KQL)for analyzing telemetry and monitoring data
Strong data literacy-able to interpret metrics, graphs, and trends to inform decisions
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A passion for learning, problem-solving, and improving both products and processes
