Mustang Cat is hiring a Sales Administration Inventory Coordinator to support our Machinery Sales Administration and Service teams. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing inventory accuracy, coordinating shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring our machinery fleet is properly documented, invoiced, and ready for delivery.

What You'll Do:



  • Coordinate the shipping and receiving of units with proper documentation
  • Organize and maintain proof of deliveries-both physically and electronically
  • Ensure all shipped units are properly invoiced by the Machinery Sales Administration team
  • Maintain and organize inventory locations across assigned areas
  • Lead bi-annual inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Track and follow up on customer-owed units
  • Conduct safety checks to ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors
  • Deliver professional, responsive service to internal and external customers



What You'll Need:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills (in person and over the phone)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar heavy equipment
  • Experience researching Cat engines using systems such as TMI, SIMSi, and DBS
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
