Manager - Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Job ID: 100356

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC) Ecosystem Manager, you will lead the development, scaling, and management of alliance partnerships, starting with the SAP-MSC alliance, to enhance Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) distinctiveness and drive client impact.
You will shape and evolve the joint value proposition of the Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC) ecosystem, initially focusing on the SAP-MSC alliance. You will collaborate with MSC leaders, SAP colleagues, and Consultants (CSTs) to align vision and requirements, support client development and pilots, and build a cohort of alliance practitioners. You will also drive go-to-market efforts by managing opportunity pipelines, showcasing impact at external forums (e.g., SAP Sapphire, Gartner conferences), and educating Consultants (CSTs) on the alliance's value proposition. Over time, your role will expand to include broader MSC ecosystem responsibilities, such as defining strategy, curating a portfolio of collaborations, and managing emerging priority partnerships. You will monitor alliance performance, ensure compliance with Legal and Risk policies, and codify best practices to inform and improve the ecosystem.
Your work will enable the MSC ecosystem to deliver client impact that could not be achieved independently, driving measurable results such as increased client base, number of engagements, alliance hours, and enabled fees. By fostering trust-based relationships with alliance organizations, CST leaders, and MSC leaders, you will help build a portfolio of high-performing offerings and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, your efforts will drive the adoption of alliances across the Firm, resulting in increased alliance penetration, enhanced ecosystem performance, and long-term innovation that strengthens the Firm's reputation and client outcome
You will be based in North America or European locations as part of the Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) practice. This team helps clients achieve transformative results by leveraging strategic alliances and ecosystems to deliver innovative solutions across the value chain.
Your Growth
You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
Your qualifications and skills
  • An advanced degree and business management experience
  • Strong sense of entrepreneurship and independent working style
  • Functional expertise in Manufacturing & Supply Chain
  • Working level proficiency in Manufacturing & Supply Chain technology, ideally some level of expertise with SAP Supply Chain Management solutions (e.g., IBP, Enterprise Asset Management)
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in a peer-like way with leadership and colleagues at all levels
  • Proven problem-solving experience
