Now Hiring: Project Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $40 per hour

Schedule: Part-time | October 29 - December 19 | Wednesdays + Thursdays (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

What You'll Do



  • Review existing SOPs and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teachers to discuss SOP drafts and gather feedback.
  • Use templates and spreadsheets to document revisions and progress.
  • Assist in drafting and finalizing updated SOPs.
  • Provide structure and guidance to ensure each process is realistic and aligned with project goals.


What We're Looking For



  • 2 years of project management or process improvement experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Consistency and commitment for the full project duration.
