We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Copilot Administrator & Trainer to support the global rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our 5000-user organization. This hybrid contractor role combines hands-on administration, user training, and AI agent development to ensure a successful adoption of Copilot tools and capabilities. You will work with several internal and external teams that are supporting this role out. Those teams include external training partner and internal UX, IT, Support, and Service Management. The ideal candidate will have very strong Copilot skills and experience. Be passionate about empowering users, comfortable with emerging AI technologies, and very experienced in Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Copilot Administration:


    • Configure, manage, and monitor Microsoft 365 Copilot features across the organization leveraging Copilot Dashboard Analysis.
    • Ensure compliance, security, and performance standards are met.
    • Collaborate with IT and business units to align Copilot capabilities with user needs.


  • Training & Enablement:


    • Design and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for end users and IT staff.
    • Develop user guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials tailored to different roles and regions.
    • Provide ongoing support and feedback loops to improve user experience.


  • AI Agent Development:


    • Assist in the initial development and deployment of Copilot-powered AI agents.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify use cases and optimize agent performance.


  • App Curation & Governance:


    • Curate and maintain a recommended list of Copilot-compatible apps and plugins.
    • Evaluate new tools and integrations for relevance, usability, and compliance.


  • Community Engagement:


    • Serve as the administrator for the Engage Copilot Community.
    • Foster collaboration, share best practices, and respond to user inquiries.




Required Skills & Experience:



  • Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and user adoption strategies.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Background in change management or user experience design.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale rollouts.
