Location: Roswell, GA

Pay: $47 - $48 per hour

Schedule: Hybrid | Tuesdays + Wednesdays in office

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement packaging solutions that minimize cost, reduce waste, and improve sustainability.
• Support packaging design and testing for new and existing products.
• Conduct ISTA and ASTM (D4169, 3-, or 2-series) distribution simulation tests.
• Improve packaging and equipment performance to meet customer needs.
• Partner with suppliers to stay current on packaging trends, materials, and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with North American packaging laws and regulations.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in TOPS or TOPS 2 palletization software (required).
• Experience with ISTA and ASTM testing standards.
• Ability to design corrugated, carton board, paper wrap, and film structures.
• Knowledge of Kimberly-Clark packaging processes, artwork correlation, and packaging materials.
• Familiarity with supplier manufacturing processes and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Business, or related field (Packaging degree preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in packaging engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with ArtiosCAD design software.
