ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. A Controlling Analyst is a position assisting in managing the accounting and financial control activities of Clinton Plant, which provides information and advice to support the company's strategy and day-to-day management; review and control existing processes to meet the Company's internal control requirements. What you bring
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing environment (experience including cost standards developing, Routings, Bill of Materials, would be a plus). LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees and customers. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. COMPUTER SKILLS Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a must. Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP, Lotus Notes would be a plus. What's in it for you?
