Description Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a strategic and experienced Project Coordinator for an upcoming opportunity with the Department of Defense Health Agency Office of Small Business Project Coordinator Support Service contract responsible for the performance of work. MSG specializes in delivering innovative solutions in program management, training and technicalassistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, and IT and digital services to a range of federal clients, including extensive experience with the Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Education. Join MSG and be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented firm that values excellence and impact. Key Responsibilities: Provide SB Outreach Support. Assist with planning, organizing, conducting, and assessing specific outreach events annually to develop relevant, predictive and periodic requirements. Support the benefit assessment and provide monthly written recommendations for OSBP participation in new non-DoD external events. Develop metrics to support evaluation of value of outreach and provide a semi-annual report of events attended. Prepare and assemble authorization documentation for OSBP engagements for approval by senior leadership. Support OSBP in industry outreach, coordinating all of its speaking engagements, and outreach events. Provide Schedule of Vendor Meetings and Provides all necessary accommodations for vendor meetings. Monitor and disseminate industry related news items that are of interest to small business stakeholders or program managers. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business field and at least five (5) years' experience successfully managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas. Knowledge in federal procurement, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Regulations Supplement (DFARS), small business and program execution, strategic communication, mentor-protege and program support services.
