The purpose of this team is supporting the enablement and operations organization. The team owns the end to end process for trainings, certifications, and anything needed to learn something new inside and outside of the company. They are a team of engineers, PMs and products designers.

Key projects: This role will contribute to support 3 directors with calendaring. They will support an engineering director, and will provide some team support for the engineers that do the coding for these classes. They will also help a second director that leads the publishing team, and the third in the product and design team.

The role will ls provide domestic travel and expense support - travel is very minimal, might do that 10% or less out of the year. The directors travel together in person twice a year to Redmond. Always domestic travel.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 75% calendaring, between 3 directors this role will support 5 calendars on a regular basis as two directors have a team ROB calendar as well.

This role will also provide out of office support for the sponsor, if the sponsor is OOF there will be 7 calendars to manage as the sponsor manages the team GM and her team's ROB calendar.

The remainder is 5% expenses and travel support, very little expenses. 5% ad hoc support including onboarding and off boarding, updating DL lists and document ownership, calendar invites, for the 130 person team, and covering the sponsor while she is out of office. Potential 5% of time spent supporting morale events with easy, minimal work like catering.

Candidate Requirements

* Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

* Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Nice to have previous MSFT experience.

* Disqualifiers: Candidates must have very strong calendaring skills, they will be tested on their calendaring skills among other software skills during the HSA.

* Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain significant prior administrative experience, especially managing multiple calendars for multiple leaders in the enterprise tech space. Candidates that are submitted with test scores for Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint included in their resume/submission are also nice to see.

o Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to provide great calendar support for the leaders they will support.

1. Minimum 3+ years experience with calendaring for multiple complex calendars in Outlook.

2. Minimum 3+ years experience with travel & expense submissions/reports.

3. Minimum 3+ years experience with team support such as updating DL lists and document ownership.
