The Workplan Development Team is tasked with planning the electric transmission and distribution 10-year portfolio of work that delivers National Grid's business plans that are expected to grow to approximately $1.5B by 2034. The Team has proven to be a vital component of successfully delivering the capital work by determining resourcing assignments, providing overall workplan management, and support outage coordination across the workplan. A Senior Project Manager in Workplan Development will work collaboratively with the Asset Management sponsors to develop complex electrical substation and transmission construction projects. The most viable option will be modeled, utilizing Primavera P6, providing the ability to schedule and forecast the option as it progresses through the Network Development Process. Another key responsibility for the Senior Project Manager is to perform monthly resource analysis for construction groups across the lines of business to ensure appropriate workloads. This supports project resource assignment decisions aligning with our various delivery models for internal or external workforce to deliver the workplan. Key Accountabilities
