Program Manager - Logistics, Samples >TM Support
We're looking for a detail-oriented Program Manager to coordinate sample logistics, certification tracking, and accessory go-to-market activities. This role supports product testing, dogfooding, and launch readiness by overseeing shipping workflows, schedules, and survey feedback. Ideal for someone with 3-5 years of PM or logistics experience and strong organizational skills.
Scope:
* Sample & Shipping Coordination: Manage inbound/outbound sample logistics, allocations, and archive tracking.
* Dogfooding & Certification: Define dogfood programs, ship units, collect feedback, and track certification/test status.
* Survey & Reporting: Create and manage test surveys, consolidate feedback, and present findings to teams.
* GTM & SKU Tracking: Support accessory GTM workflows, custom requests, channel readiness, and milestone tracking.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain schedules and close execution gaps.
Required:
* 3-5 years' experience in project management, operations, or logistics.
* Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills.
* Tech industry exposure or consumer hardware experience is a plus.
* Comfortable using Sheets/Excel and basic survey/reporting tools.
Estimated Min Rate: $40.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00/hr+. Depends on work experience.
