Growth Marketing Journey Builder

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid onsite contract role located in Culver City, CA.


Summary

The Growth Marketing Operations team is responsible for enabling on-device communications and automated messaging that reach millions of global users. This role supports the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel customer communications that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement for key services and products.


Our Ideal Candidate

7-10 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, with a focus on acquisition and engagement initiatives

Passion for digital marketing and customer experience, with a strong foundation in campaign strategy and journey orchestration

Proficient in CRM and ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys, with a strong analytical mindset (SQL experience preferred)

Familiar with A/B testing, performance optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies

Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Able to work independently, manage multiple complex projects, and pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and global campaign needs

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with a team-first mentality


Job Description
In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy customer journeys that align with strategic marketing objectives and platform capabilities.
You'll partner with cross-functional teams-including marketing, product, engineering, and analytics-to design and execute large-scale, global customer communications that drive product engagement and retention.

This includes:




  • Managing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing programs



  • Optimizing performance through A/B testing and continuous improvement



  • Monitoring campaign integrity and addressing issues with internal teams



  • Identifying process, tooling, and efficiency improvements



  • Building documentation and best-practice resources for ongoing enablement




You will also support the team's long-term operational excellence through knowledge sharing, process refinement, and collaboration across functions.


Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field-or equivalent work experience

Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or digital campaign management

Experience working in large matrixed organizations preferred


Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid onsite work.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $75.37 per hour.

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
