What You'll Do
- Shape the Future: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with Sentry's business objectives.
- Lead with Purpose: Build, mentor, and empower high-performing sales teams across regions, setting ambitious goals and celebrating big wins.
- Expand Our Reach: Identify new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and lead international sales negotiations.
- Drive Results: Establish KPIs, analyze market trends, and deliver accurate forecasts to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Champion the Customer: Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate to Win: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to deliver solutions that exceed market needs.
- Represent Sentry: Be our ambassador at industry events and conferences, sharing our story and building our brand.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the equipment manufacturing industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing global sales strategies.
- Deep understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
