Job Summary


Work schedule will be three 12-hour shifts per week at St. Mary's campus; duration for approximately three months, with potential to extend.

Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse circulator, the Surgical Technologist assists in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of supplies and equipment, and functions as a member of the surgical team during operative procedures.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.

Required Qualifications


  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR for healthcare providers.
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Experience with Hospital Inpatient Care and Surgical Centers

License/Certification

Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
