Job Overview: Omada's Clinical Quality Team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to advance our mission of delivering high-quality, equitable healthcare through data-driven insights and innovation. This role will directly support our Glucagon-Like Peptide-1(GLP-1) Cardiometabolic Operations by applying advanced analytical expertise to solve complex problems of diverse scope. As a leader on the Clinical team, you will collaborate across Care Delivery, EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design), Finance, and Legal teams to generate actionable insights, build intuitive dashboards, and define product, quality and financial metrics. You'll provide data-informed recommendations to inform not only our day-to-day work, but our longer term strategic priorities. In addition, you'll be part of a cross-functional team that ingests and utilizes third party data and analytics to identify potential areas of risk and deviation from quality standards . Your Impact:

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies: California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $142,600 - $178,300, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $136,400 - $170,500. Other states may vary. This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. *The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
