Job Summary Defense Systems Group (DSG) provides analysis-based decision support to senior leaders on space architectures, policy and strategy, technology development, warfighter capability enablers, systems integration, defense industrial base, and threat reduction to help shape existing and future space missions across the national security space (NSS) enterprise. DSG is unique at Aerospace as it not only directly supports major customers, including the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Space Command, Air Force Materiel Command, and senior leadership at the Pentagon, but also provides a broad range of technical support across the national space enterprise, maintaining vertical responsibilities with customers' portfolios as well as horizontal, matrixed responsibilities across the corporation. Additionally, DSG provides deep technical expertise to the Space Force Space Systems Command (SSC) in the conception, design, acquisition, launch and operations of satellite, launch vehicle, ground control, and range systems. The Joint and Multi-Domain (JMD) Programs Subdivision provides a unique focus on the Space Enterprise end-user community, including senior leaders within the military services, the combatant commands, and multiple DoD agencies. As the Senior Project Leader - Joint and Multi-Domain Decision Support(Systems & Modeling & Simulation Engineering), you'll play a pivotal role leading teams and generating products focused on integrating space-based capabilities into joint missions/concepts through digital modernization and exquisite modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A). S/he will be responsible for leading multiple projects supporting a wide customer base including the Air Force Digital Transformation Office, AF Futures, and several additional growing customers across the Air Force, Army, and Navy. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at Aerospace's Crystal City location based in Arlington, VA. What You'll Be Doing
