Job Title: Copilot Administrator & Trainer (Hybrid or Remote)

Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid strongly preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (Full-time hours)

About the Role

We're looking for a Copilot Administrator & Trainer to lead the implementation, administration, and adoption of MS 365 Copilot across a global organization of 5,000+ users.

This hybrid contractor role blends technical administration, user enablement, and AI agent development. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering people through technology, deeply experienced in MS 365, and confident working with emerging AI tools.

You'll collaborate with internal IT, UX, and Service Management teams, as well as external partners, to drive a seamless rollout and ensure successful user adoption of Copilot's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Administration



  • Configure, manage, and monitor MS 365 Copilot features using Copilot Dashboard insights.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and performance standards are maintained.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align Copilot tools with user needs.


Training & Enablement



  • Design and deliver engaging Copilot training sessions (virtual and onsite).
  • Create comprehensive learning materials, including guides, FAQs, and onboarding content.
  • Provide ongoing support and gather user feedback to enhance adoption and satisfaction.


AI Agent Development



  • Contribute to the design, deployment, and optimization of Copilot-powered AI agents.
  • Identify and refine use cases that enhance productivity and user experience.


App Curation & Governance



  • Curate and manage approved Copilot-compatible apps and plugins.
  • Evaluate new integrations for compliance, usability, and business value.


Community Engagement



  • Serve as administrator for the internal Copilot Community.
  • Promote best practices, facilitate knowledge sharing, and respond to user questions.


Required Skills & Experience



  • Proven experience administering MS 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of MS 365 Copilot and AI-driven productivity solutions.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in hybrid or remote team environments.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and user adoption strategies.


Preferred Qualifications



  • MS certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Background in change management or user experience design.
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale technology rollouts.
