Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.00/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary:

The Shipping Packer Operator is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing and incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting overall production flow. This role involves both hands-on material handling and documentation to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and process products according to order standards
• Prepare and verify shipments using scanners and shipping documents
• Load and unload trucks, move materials, and stock inventory
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
• Perform accurate inventory counts and labeling
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and drivers
• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
• Operate a forklift (training provided)
• Work overtime as needed for critical shipments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable transportation
• Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
• Basic math and computer skills; RF scanner experience preferred
