Disabilities Production Instructor

• Supervise and train clients in daily work assignments, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Set up workstations, monitor production, and maintain accurate daily records and reports.
• Provide hands-on instruction and rework support to achieve quality outcomes and client skill development.
• Participate in client progress evaluations, goal reporting, and task analyses (including MODAPTS).
• Ensure compliance with DOL, HIPAA, and privacy regulations while handling confidential information.
• Report equipment issues, assist with inventory, and adapt to changing program needs or extended hours as required.
