Salary | $38,000 - 45,000/yr.

Schedule | 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring all employee data (new hires, terminations, pay changes) is up to date.
  • Prepare and reconcile quarterly and annual payroll tax filings (Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3) and ensure timely tax submissions.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies in coordination with HR and accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with wage laws, garnishments, deductions, and benefits contributions.
  • Provide payroll documentation and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
  • Stay current on federal and state payroll tax regulations.




Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of payroll experience, including tax filing and account reconciliation.
  • Proficient in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax forms and general accounting principles.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent confidentiality, communication, and organization skills.
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Certification (FPC or CPP) is a plus.
