ResponsibilitiesLead by example within the team by producing extensible and maintainable web applications and services. Optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Apply metrics to drive the quality and stability of code, as well as appropriate coding patterns and best practices.Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on call to monitor web applications and services for degradation, downtime, or interruptions. Work with customers to resolve escalations.Engage in design discussions to advocate for and drive general improvements across our technology stack and product group.Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale. | |
