    Typical Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

    1. Resolve all attendance notifications from email, Skyward, in-person requests, and/or any electronic systems from parents.

    2. Resolve all absence lists: activities, athletics, substitute, groups, and other mass absence lists.

    3. Serve as a central person in supplying secure entry into the building, monitor hallways near the front entrance, and making emergency announcements over the PA system.

    4. Greet and assist visitors at the main entrance of the VANTAGE-MOMENTUM building. Check in students entering and leaving the building and enter their attendance when able.

    5. Answer incoming phone calls (Mainline for VANTAGE-MOMENTUM Building) and respond in a friendly, informative, and helpful manner.

    6. Produce attendance reports.

    7. Produce and send to student and parent(s) attendance communication documents including attendance notifications, contracts, loss of credit letters, and other related documents.

    8. Complete attendance passes and notifications for students leaving the building.

    9. Serve as a liaison between the administration, information desk, teacher and for attendance issues

    10. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

    Training and Experience:
    1. Experience in effectively working with high school age students and parents.

    2. Evidence of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    1. Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality.

    2. Demonstrated ability to type at a minimum rate of 50 wpm.

    3. Proven record of excellent organizational skills and attention-to-detail.

    4. Ability to quickly learn the Student Information System as it relates to attendance and reporting.

    5. Proven record of positive communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
